Attend with your child individually or bring the whole family!
We have partnered with our sister organization, Dragonfly Yoga Studio, to offer private yoga sessions for children in foster care. In these sessions, kids — along with their guardians — participate in a therapeutic-oriented program designed to help with their mental and physical health.
Sessions will be held at Dragonfly Yoga Studio at 164 Green St. in Doylestown. Participants will receive a FREE Wellness Kit to take home! During the session, the yoga professional will teach the children how to use the items in their wellness kits.
Sessions will be lead yoga instructors/therapists trained to teach yoga to children and teens. Participants will be led through fun movement, breathing, and mindfulness exercises.
Please complete an application form if you are interested in having your child attend one of these sessions. Our staff will reach out to you to schedule a session when it’s convenient for you! These sessions are available for children and teens currently in foster care.
